Paul... the questions you're asking are similar to the ones I've been asking in my head for some time. I'm trying to make the b2c connection and it hurts my brain most of the time. Of course, I'm judging this through my own user experience. The benefit you and I might receive in talking inside a professional community will be greater than the immediate benefit for those whose target is not the professional community, but consumers. We all have a symbiotic need to connect for business purposes. The consumer does not have that need or desire. Which makes me wonder how much of our business bias we're projecting into the marketplace.

Now I'm rambling.
